"For Elliot" is a transcription of a voice note sent from one brother to another. Trying to help his brother fall asleep, the narrator tells him about his own techniques of immersing yourself in a past memory, despite being exhausted himself. In this case, the memory was a biking trip gone awry when the narrator was 12. In a moment of closeness, we peer into a tender and private memory.
